The use of the Website means that the Visitor has unconditionally accepted the Terms of Use, which he/she is requested to read carefully.

Binding Terms – Modification of terms of use

The Terms of Use will be deemed to have been accepted when a Visitor accesses and navigates our website. Such acceptance means the express, unconditional and irrevocable agreement on the part of the Visitor to comply with these Terms of Use.

The Accommodation is not 100% committed and does not guarantee the security of the Website, as there is never 100% safe browsing on the Internet. The Visitor bears the risk arising from all uses of the Website and its content.

The Accommodation is not responsible under any circumstances for any material or consequential, direct, or indirect damage in relation to the use of the Website. The Accommodation makes no warranty that any other website or the servers through which such websites are made available to you are free of viruses or other harmful components. Consequently, no claim of a financial or other nature can be made for compensation of damage arising from the aforementioned reasons, while the costs will in any case be borne exclusively by the Visitor himself/herself.

The Accommodation may at any time and without notice modify or withdraw part or all the website, unless otherwise provided by these Terms of Use.

The Accommodation will make every effort to ensure the smooth operation of the Website. However, it is not responsible for any temporary or permanent malfunction.

The existence of hyperlinks on the Website does not constitute and does not mean that the Accommodation endorses or accepts such websites and/or their content. Underage users

This site is intended for adults. By accepting these Terms of Use, the Visitor represents that they are over 18 years of age. A minor is not allowed to make a reservation at the Accommodation.

If the user provides third-party data, he declares that he has the consent of the third party and undertakes to provide the interested party – the owner of the data – with the information contained in this Privacy Policy, duly releasing us and our Data Processor from any liability.

User responsibility

According to the provisions of the Terms of Use, visitors to the Website must, on the one hand, always comply with the legal and regulatory provisions in force and, on the other hand, refrain from the following illegal and abusive uses of the content and services of the Website.

The Visitor must immediately inform the Accommodation of any use of the Website that violates these Terms of Use and/or applicable law.

Visitors are expressly prohibited from:

• The distribution of content that is illegal, abusive, vulgar, pornographic, threatening, defamatory, offensive, harmful to minors or expressing ethnic, racial, or other discrimination.

Cancellation Policy

Depending on the type of reservation the visitor will make, there are the following cases:

• Due to the special payment terms (Non-Refundable reservation), in case of cancellation any time after the reservation, the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation,
• To give the visitor a certain period to cancel the reservation free of charge. After the end of the free cancellation option, the guest will be charged the total amount of the reservation.

The above information will be given during any booking through our website.

General terms

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the Visitor and the Accommodation regarding the use of the Website.

The Accommodation constantly aims to resolve any dispute that may arise from the use and/or interpretation and application of these terms of use amicably and out of court.
