Our accommodation welcomes guests with pets and provides a safe and enjoyable stay of high quality. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we have established the bellow policies, during your pet’s stay.

Allowed Pets

• Our property allows up to medium sized dogs (20 kg/ 50 lbs). Other types of pets, such as dogs of more than 25 kg / 55 lbs, cats, small mammals, birds, or reptiles are not allowed.
• A maximum of one pet per room is allowed.
• Guests with pets must bear and provide an up-to-date pet health booklet issued by a licensed veterinarian at arrival. The property reserves the right to always request this information.
• Aggressive pets are strictly forbidden.

Terms and conditions

• Guests are responsible for pet waste clean-up inside the room and throughout the accommodation premises.
• Pets must be restrained, either on a leash or in a carrier, and always supervised in all public areas of the property.
• The property reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises residents with pets, who do not comply with the health and safety rules or are not in the position to control their pet if neighboring rooms are disturbed or pets exhibit aggressive behavior towards other residents or staff.
• If a pet is left unattended and/or disturbs other guests, you will receive a warning from the front office department.
• Constant barking is considered a lack of attention and is not allowed during quite times from 14.00 to 17.00 and 21:00 onwards. If the dog is constantly barking while being left unattended in the room, you will be asked to return to your room immediately.
• Pets should not be left unattended on the room’s balcony.
• The «Do not disturb» sign must be on when a pet is in the room unleashed. In such case no housekeeping service will be provided, and the Room Service will deliver orders at the door of the room. The accommodation shall not be responsible if the «Do not disturb» sign is not on and the pet leaves when staff enter, while the pet owner shall be held responsible if any disturbance is caused to other guests.
• In case of damages caused by the pet to the property and more specifically to furniture, rugs, carpets, equipment and/or electrical and hydraulic installations, objects, art crafts, the guest will be charged commensurate to the cost of such damages.
• Guide and/or assistance dogs are explicitly excluded from the above charges, on the condition that they bear an up-to-date pet health booklet and valid certification documents.
• If there is need for pet-sitting, the accommodation will provide you with contact details of pet lovers willing to provide pet-sitting services, with all expenses paid by the pet owner, agreed between the parties.
• Guests with pets assume all liability for their pets’ actions in the property, such as damages to the property, injury to staff and/or other guests. Guests with pets agree to indemnify and hold harmless the accommodation, its operators, personnel and management team and their respective affiliates from all liability and/or damage suffered because of their pet.
